ChemFinder is a Farming Search Tool designed to assist farmers in identifying solutions for treating their crops based on the type of weed, fungal disease, or pest they are dealing with. The product guide provided by ChemFinder, along with its associated data, is intended as a helpful reference only. ChemFinder does not accept responsibility for any incorrect or inappropriate purchases of products suggested by the search tool. Farmers are strongly advised to consult with suppliers, websites, and agricultural experts before making any purchasing decisions based on the recommendations provided by ChemFinder.

All content and data obtained from external websites via ChemFinder's search tool remain the property of those respective websites. ChemFinder asserts ownership over its search-related technology and filtering mechanisms. The content, products, and associated links found within ChemFinder's product guides belong to the websites referenced via the guide. ChemFinder claims no ownership over such content and products.

By using ChemFinder, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that ChemFinder serves solely as a tool for guidance, and ultimate responsibility for purchasing decisions lies with the user.

Sign Up Process: (Note: Sign Up is NOT possible in the App)

To sign up, visit the website and select either the Regular or Advanced option.

Account Creation and Access:

After subscribing, you will be prompted to create an account. Once logged in, you will have access to the ChemFinder search tool. You can access the search tool for as long as your subscription remains active.

Upgrades and Downgrades:

You can cancel your account at any time, which will immediately remove you from the ChemFinder Search Tool.

Account Deletion:

Users have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time. Changes to your subscription plan will take effect immediately.

Cancel Your Subscription:

You can cancel your subscription at any time, which will immediately remove you from the subscription plan. Please note that cancelling your subscription will also terminate access to the ChemFinder search tool.

Data Security:

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Payment details are securely stored by Stripe and are subject to their security measures. We do not share your information with any outside sources.

Changes to These Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
